For new patients - comprehensive consultation including health history and initial treatment
Service Description
For new patients, this appointment is longer than usual so that I may get to know you and your ailments! We'll have an in-depth chat so I can get a full health history, before moving on to diagnosis which will include things like checking your pulses and tongue, before moving on to an initial treatment to get your healing journey started.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, I kindly ask for 24 hours notice. Cancellation with less than 24 hours notice will result in the total cost being payable in full. Please call or text me to let me know if you're running late! I'll always do my best to accommodate you, but this might not be possible in all circumstances, especially if you are running more than 15 minutes late. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply.
